IAT : Microsoft or Open Source

Harvard has developed an IAT, or Implicit Association Test to determine what you really think of Microsoft and Open Source software.
This test method attempts to gauge how your unconscious mind views a certain topic. You can take this test online for free.

Password exposure in Lotus Notes

Now this is really bad news!!!
1. Put following variables in notes.ini:
KFM_ShowEntropy=1
Debug_Outfile=c:\passwordexposure.txt
2. Change the Lotus Notes Password. A file, in our case passwordexposure.txt will be created.
3. Search for the line “Resulting entropy limit: XX”. The lines that follow reveal the new password.

Issues with ddclient

After a new installation of Linux and ddclient, I ran into trouble with this dynamic dns updater.
For some reason I was not able to run ddclient as a daemon anymore. When I launched “service ddclient start”, the result was “ddclient dead but pid file exists”.
